  • CUT– We cut through the details of our resumes and deliver a prescreen document that will answer the necessary questions to qualify each candidate.
  • CARAT– The weight of GIA’s approach is experience. The GIA staff is trained by the CEO on how to best communicate through the hiring process with                      busy IT managers saving them time and money.
  • COLOR– To add more audio and visual color to our process, GIA has developed an online application called that allows hiring managers to view video                     clips of potential consultants. Along with resumes, these videos give managers additional information on soft skills such as communication                     style, saving the client time during hiring process.
