GIA Technology, Inc was established in December 2008. GIA is truly “A Cut above the Rest”. The GIA team has over 60 years of staffing experience. GIA has combined all of the knowledge and frustrations of those years to establish GIA and to give Clients and Candidates a staffing solution that is fresh and current.

GIA developed iDemand, an innovative current technology to market our Candidates. Clients benefit from iDemand with efficiency and time savings in the hiring process. GIA Candidates are able to put a face and a voice on their otherwise archaic resumes.GIA takes time with each candidate whether consultant or direct hire and cares about what they want out of a future position.  To stay current, GIA has launched a social media campaign to keep our clients and candidates informed about the industry trends and to stay connected to IT’s top talent. GIA Technology, Inc. was established in December of 2008 by President and Owner Christi Birch. Christi has been in the IT staffing business for over 14 years working for various large IT staffing firms supporting Client in the Fortune 10 to companies of 13-14 employees that need help with technology. Christi started in Technology staffing in 1998 with a phonebook and a fax machine. The business has come a long way from fax machines and index cards, but somewhere in the information age the art of recruiting has been lost. GIA wants to return to the true recruiting art for our clients.

    GIA was established for 3 main reasons:

  • To provide a Service and flexibility to our Clients that is true and honest.
  • To bring the art of recruiting into the future.
